Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this website
This website is operated by Valente London Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Using this website
You may view and browse this website for your own personal use. Please do not misuse it — for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, disrupting how it runs, or extracting its content at scale.
Enquiries, consultations and bespoke commissions
Descriptions, photographs and prices on this website are a guide to the collection, not an offer we are bound to. Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation does not itself create a contract between us — that happens only once we confirm the specification, price and lead time with you directly.
Because every pair is made to your specification, the usual 14-day change-of-mind right for online purchases does not apply once we have begun making it. This does not affect your other statutory rights, and we are always happy to talk through anything that concerns you about an order.
Intellectual property
Everything on this website — text, photography, design and the Valente name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it for personal use; copying, reproducing or reusing it needs our permission.
Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement of them.
No warranties, and our liability
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is and we cannot guarantee either. We are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, except that nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent revision.
