The quickest way to reach us is by email, using the address below. Tell us a little about what you need, any dates that matter and the best way to contact you, and we will come back to you promptly. If you would rather talk, say so and we will arrange a call at a time that suits you.

## What to include

A short note is fine — a few lines about the project or enquiry, the rough timescale, and anything you already know you need are enough to start. There is no form to fill in and nothing to sign up for: a plain email reaches a person, not a ticketing system. If your enquiry concerns an existing piece of work, mention it so we can pick up the thread.

## Response times

We read every message and aim to respond within two working days, Monday to Friday. If something is urgent, put that in the subject line. Over public holidays and during busy periods replies can take a little longer, but you will always hear back.

## Visiting

We are based in London. If you would like to meet in person, email first so we can confirm a time and send directions; the postal address below is for correspondence and is not a walk-in office. Video calls are always an option if travelling is inconvenient.

## Working together

Most engagements begin with a short conversation to understand the brief, followed by a written proposal that sets out scope, timing and cost. Nothing is committed until you have read it and asked whatever you like. If we are not the right fit, we will say so early and, where we can, point you towards someone who is.

## Your privacy

Anything you send us is used only to answer your enquiry. We do not add contact details to marketing lists, and we never share them with third parties beyond the services that deliver our email. The privacy policy explains the detail.
